Q: Where are you from?
A: Billings, Montana
Q: When did you start working with Sesame Collective?
A: May 2022
Q: What’s your favorite food?
A: Large bowl of pasta, side of garlic bread and glass of red wine.
Q: If you can remember, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A: A spy! But that only lasted a few years.
Q: What kind of pets do you have and what are their names?
A: Fat cat named Havarti (like the cheese).

Q: How and when did you start working in restaurants?
A: I started as a busser/food runner all the way back in 2014
Q: If we went to Happy Hour what would you order?
A: A glass of wine and something fried.
Q:If you can remember, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A: I wanted to be either a writer or an actor.
Q: What does your perfect day off look like?
A: An urban hike, digging through old books at a local store, maybe a drink with a friend.

Q: What’s your favorite food?
A: Best meal I ever had was at a place in Zadar, Croatia right on the coast of the Adriatic Sea. I had lasagna that literally brought tears to my eyes because it reminded me of my my grandma.
Q: What's your favorite travel destination?
A: The Oregon coast has meant a lot to me and my partner. So we go there whenever we get the chance.
Q: What does your perfect day off look like?
A: After I sleep in, coffee outside while just listening to the city sounds or nature. Then start prep for cooking, which may take up most of the day. Take my dog to the dog park. Then eat and watch a show or play cards with my partner.
